Mayor Carolyn Dibler

Welcome to the Village of Burbank, Ohio Website

Trick or Treat is October 31st from 5:30 - 7:00. The red brick church is having a Trunk or Treat event during this time and invites all the kids to stop by.

Thursday, November 3rd is the next council meeting at 7:00 PM

Sunday, November 13, 2016 Mural Dedication and Ceremony Honoring Our Veterans - 2pm - 4pm at Village Park on County Rd. 70 West Middle Street.

Dear Resident

Our Village may qualify for receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) monies if we meet the income eligibility requirement. Our goal is to conduct major infrastructure work such as repairs/repaving all Village streets and the removal and reinstallation of all storm sewers, upgrading all existing sidewalks as well as possible additional Park upgrades.

To determine if we qualify for these Grant monies we need our citizens to complete a totally confidential Income Survey. Your Village Mayor, Council members and Fiscal Officer will be conducting the survey which consists of 2 questions and can be completed in less than 5 minutes.

  • Question 1 – How many people live in your household
  • Question 2 – Mark an “X” next to the household income range (we do not need to know your exact income only your income range, one example is $34,651 to $39,600)

We are planning to conduct these survey’s on August 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th and 27th by visiting your home on one of these dates at various times as we realize our residents have a variety of working schedules. We only need one adult household member to be present and each Village official will be wearing an Official Village Name Tag identifying them as members of your Village Council.

We need all residents to participate in this survey if we have any chance of qualifying for these Grant monies as we strive to begin the work listed above in 2017 and taking several years to complete. If we qualify, this survey is good for 5 years so we can avoid yearly surveys which takes time from your busy schedules.

Please help us to help our Village by participating in this survey as we try to qualify for these CDBG Grant monies. If you have any questions and want to contact any of your Village government officals, visit our website at “” for our e-mail addresses or visit Village Hall that has this information posted on the outdoor bulletin board along with some additional contact information.

Best regards,
Carolyn Dibler
